Jean-Marie Buonomo

Manager, Business & Government Relations

Ms. Buonomo is a communications and public affairs professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management. Jean-Marie manages Praxis’s business to government, client and community outreach services.

Prior to joining Praxis, Jean-Marie was executive director of Destination LI, director of operations for the Let All The Children Play Foundation and task force coordinator at Action Long Island.

Ms. Buonomo earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Queens College. Named as one of Long Island’s top “30 Under 30” professionals, Jean-Marie is actively involved in fundraising efforts for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the American Cancer Society, and she is a member of the Urban League of Long Island Young Professionals. Jean-Marie resides in Merrick, New York with her husband and sons, Dylan and Cameron.
