Gianna Castronova is a trained healthcare professional who brings a proven ability to excel in high-pressure environments to her role at Praxis. She oversees the planning and execution of more than 100 annual events, including workshops, professional conferences, golf outings, company retreats, lectures, business dinners, holiday celebrations, charity initiatives, and networking events. These efforts are essential to strengthening Praxis’ relationship-driven presence across Long Island and the Borough of Queens, particularly among local government and business leaders.

Gianna leverages her strong interpersonal and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring each event is strategically aligned with its intended goals and executed with precision.

Deeply committed to community service, Gianna actively supports organizations focused on housing, environmental stewardship, and regional leadership. Her involvement includes Community Housing Innovations (CHI), the Atlantic Marine Conservation Society (AMCS), the Suffolk County Village Officials Association (SCVOA), and The Energeia Partnership.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with Latin honors, from Adelphi University.

A native of Bay Shore, New York, Gianna currently resides in Great River.
