John Tonna brings his hands-on experience in real estate development, construction, large scale industrial infrastructure and the energy sector to the Praxis team.  John’s primary focus at Praxis is land development and construction, where he assists in building and maintaining client relationships and helping to ensure that clients’ needs are met in a timely and effective manner.  He also assists in the day-to-day operations of the United States Breen Building Council-Long Island Chapter and The Energeia Partnership at Molloy University.

John values any opportunity to give back to his community.  He supports several non-profit organizations including Island Harvest, Atlantic Marine Conservation Society, and Community Housing Innovations.  John earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Villanova University and holds the LEED Green Associate credential.

He was born in Austin, Texas but has grown up and currently resides in Huntington.
