During her internship at Praxis, Nieve was a student at Hamilton College, concentrating in Government with a minor in Hispanic Studies. As part of the Praxis team, she assisted in supporting our business-to-business, business-to-government, and nonprofit clients on a variety of assignments, including project coordination, event planning, and research. She attended government and business meetings to broaden her understanding of client support and to learn best practices for helping clients achieve their goals.

Nieve was also involved in special projects, including research on the Long Island Pine Barrens and local policies that could foster growth outside core protected areas. Additionally, she created a graphic collage highlighting the historical landmarks that represent the history and culture of Long Island.
