Ms. Hannah Willen brings her political and governmental expertise to the Praxis team as Manager of Client and Government Relations. Hannah handles Praxis’ land use, development, and entitlement process for clients as well as assisting with the business to government practice. In addition, she manages all of Praxis’ political engagement events. Hannah leads Praxis’ Young Professionals Network, a group of Long Island-based emerging professionals with events focused on charitable giving and business networking. Prior to joining Praxis, she worked for the New York State Senate in the third senatorial district as a constituent liaison and she has completed multiple internships working for elected officials on the county and federal levels.

Charitable activity has always been a consistent value throughout Hannah’s life. She actively volunteers with organizations such as Atlantic Marine Conservation Society, Long Island Cares, Island Harvest and Helping Hands Rescue Mission. In addition, she supports charities such as Planned Parenthood and Everytown for Gun Safety.

Hannah earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Northeastern University. In her time at Northeastern, she completed two internships in Boston, working in marketing at a publishing company, as well as at a political lobbying firm. Additionally, she studied abroad in both Vienna, Austria and Nairobi, Kenya. Hannah grew up in and currently resides in Northport, New York.
